The project aims to reduce travel and connection times and provide an economic boost for the community. The project is being delivered through a public-private partnership (P3) under Mosaic Transit Constructors General Partnership (Mosaic) and is owned by Metrolinx. Matrix has been working with Mosaic on several aspects of the project from the pre-construction phase and continues to support the project during construction activities.
