Calgary, Alberta — Niven Fischer Energy Services Inc. (Niven Fischer), International Resource Management (IRM) and Matrix Solutions Inc. (Matrix) today announced their unique partnership to help oil and gas companies manage wellsite compliance and liabilities.
The partnership provides turnkey asset liability management solutions to help keep Alberta’s oil and gas producers in compliance with the changes the Alberta Energy Regulator has made to two regulatory programs – the Licensee Liability Rating (LLR) Program and the Inactive Well Compliance (IWC) Program. The last phase of LLR Program changes goes into effect May 2015 and the IWC Program goes into effect April 2015.

Our integrated project management and collaborative approach allows client companies the benefit of maintaining strict controls over budgets and operational priorities on the asset liability side, while keeping internal resources focused on adding shareholder value.”
