Gordon MacMillan, P.Geol.
Gordon MacMillan is a Professional Geologist with 12 years of experience at Matrix Solutions. During this time, Gordon has provided hydrogeologic expertise and management for a variety of projects including groundwater supply, solute transport and environmental impact assessments. For the past seven years, Gordon has focused on groundwater supply work and has led a group of quantitative hydrogeologists in providing innovative and cost effective solutions for clients.
Rick Lauzon, P.Biol., R.P.Bio.
Rick Lauzon is a Professional Biologist with over 20 years of experience providing project management, regulatory and technical expertise on environmental impact assessments (EIA) for large-scale oil sands projects, domestic and international pipeline projects and other pre-development assessments. In his new role, Rick will continue to management multi-discriplinary EIA projects for clients and manage Matrix’s terrestrial group as well as lead initiatives for pre-development projects.
Douglas Keyes, M.Sc., P.Ag.
Douglas Keyes is a Professional Agrologist with over 20 years of experience in the environmental industry. Doug has conducted research related to soil salinity, soil fertility and bioremediation. He has provided technical leadership for a variety of environmental projects at upstream oil and gas sites, including site specific risk assessments. Most recently, Doug has focused on mentoring staff and providing solutions for remediation and environmental risk management for sites throughout Alberta.
